Each value list tag writes HTML code with a variety of programmer controlled display behaviors.

Popup menus and list boxes can contain a blank item or not. Radio btns and check boxes can be vertical or horizontal.

Each tag allows default value(s) for new fields, or displays the existing value(s) pulled from a database field. Each menu or list can have selection values identical to or different than the display text.

The checkbox and radiobtns tags create clickable labels, and a style parameter keeps an arrow pointer when over the label text. Each list also renders with a CSS class value which is user definable.

Valuelist formats include delimited strings and LDML arrays, and list sources include literals, text files, or any valid LDML substitution (variables, fields, etc).
